After spending the afternoon sleeping on Mom and Dad (while they watched the Super Bowl) Lincoln got his first bath at home last night. It was fun to bathe him in his cool bathtub and then dry him off with an even cooler towel. Ok so...yeah, I know Lincoln doesn't have a clue about that kind of stuff...but it was a reminder for us of how nice it is to be at home together.Today was Lincoln's first visit to the Pediatrician. His doctor said that Lincoln looked great and that he's really was impressed with how much Lincoln has grown since he first saw him in the NICU. Towards the beginning of Lincoln's stay in the NICU, his Pediatrician came to visit him and get acquainted. It's a good feeling to know that his doctor is familiar with all what we've been through. We'll see the Pediatrician again in a week so that he can keep a close eye on Lincoln's growth. Today Lincoln weighs 6lbs. 6oz. and is 19 inches long.
April and I are still sorta adjusting to having Lincoln at home but we love every minute of it. We've decided to take shifts and get up with Lincoln during the night so we've both had opportunities to just sit with Lincoln in the quiet. Even if we are up with him and half asleep at 3 a.m., it's still nice just to look at Lincoln in the eyes and tell him how much we love him.

he is almost 2mths old! he is so cute. Colton is kinda gripey when he is awake i am not feeding him or not a paci in his mouth lol. I still need to get him a bathtub too!
Love the pictures and the updates. The boys can't wait to meet their new little cousin and teach him all about Monster trucks and Geo Trax (all of which will probably invade your space when they are done with them!). But until we can stay healthy for longer than oh, 3.7 seconds we'll have to put off a visit for now. Looks like you guys are doing well and we are happy to hear how he is growing and all that stuff.
Try as hard as you can to not give in to the infomercials that are on at 3 in the morning as you are hanging out your kid - no matter what they say, you don't need things like the shamwow or mighty putty!!
